Founded in Lahore
Universal Solution was established with a mission to build integrated software for Pakistani businesses — the backbone of Pakistan's economy.
First 50 Clients
Launched the POS and Accounts modules, winning our first 50 clients across restaurants, retail stores, and trading businesses in Lahore.
HRMS & FBR Integration
Rolled out the HRMS module and — a full year before it became mandatory — launched our FBR PRAL integration, positioning clients ahead of compliance requirements.
Hospital Management System
Entered the healthcare vertical with our HMS launch. Within 12 months, 30+ private hospitals and clinics in Punjab were running on Universal Solution.
Multi-City Expansion
Expanded operations to Karachi, Islamabad, and Peshawar with dedicated support teams across Pakistan.
300+ Clients Milestone
Surpassed 300 active business clients across 15+ cities. Launched enterprise tier for large organizations with dedicated support and custom integrations.

Universal Solution was founded in 2000 by Saleem Ahmed, with a single goal: to give Pakistani businesses — restaurants, retailers, hospitals, and traders — enterprise-grade software that actually fits their world. Today his son, Shehroz Saleem, leads the company as CEO — driving product vision, client relationships, and expansion across Pakistan, while founder Saleem Ahmed stays closely involved.
Under Shehroz's leadership, Universal Solution grew from a single-product startup to one of Pakistan's most complete business software platforms — serving 500+ businesses across 15+ cities, with a full suite covering POS, HRMS, Accounts, Hospital Management, FBR compliance, custom websites, and mobile apps.
